Cancellation Policy:

We understand that scheduling conflicts come up! In order to serve our clients best, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your missed appointment with a client who may be on our waiting list. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees vary depending on your stylist. If you need to cancel, reschedule or have questions about your stylists cancellation policy, please contact them directly.
